Organoil Woodguard

Organoil Woodguard is a highly penetrative, light plant-oil and beeswax-based timber protector designed for use as an interim treatment on raw, uncoated timber prior to final finishing. It provides a single-coat application that helps stabilise timber during construction and exposure, preparing it for subsequent coating systems.

Formulated to assist in reducing weather staining, tannin leaching, and moisture-related movement, Woodguard helps protect timber during its most vulnerable stage by improving resistance to rapid moisture uptake and loss.

Important Notes:

• Apply only one coat as an interim treatment
• Timber treated with Woodguard must be prepared (light sanding or surface preparation) before applying final finishing systems if not fully exposed to the elements
