Mapei Planiprep SC is a high-performance, polymer-modified, fibre-reinforced cement-based skim coating and patching compound designed to smooth minor surface variations and defects on common substrates. It forms a strong, durable base suitable for most floor covering applications.

Its rapid-setting, easy-mix formulation allows fast application and quick turnaround, with floor coverings ready in approximately 30 to 60 minutes after installation.
