• Ensure the timber surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, wax, oil, mould, and any other contaminants.
• Sand the surface thoroughly to remove old coatings, loose fibres, and imperfections.
• For previously coated surfaces, remove any peeling or flaking finish before application.
• Vacuum or wipe away all sanding dust prior to coating.
• Ensure moisture content of the timber is within the recommended level before application.
• Test the product on a small inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility and desired finish.
• Do not apply to hot surfaces, in direct sunlight, or when rain or high humidity is expected.

Methods: Mix UltraGrip with a Flat Blade Stirrer

1. Add 500g of UltraGrip per 10L of product.
   
2. UltraGrip must be added to each coat of UltraDeck, NaturalStain, NaturalStain Rejuvenator, DWD or UltraFloor Satin.
   
3. Stir contents of the UltraDeck, NaturalStain, NaturalStain Rejuvenator, DWD or UltraFloor Satin can thoroughly with a flat blade stirrer.
   
4. To avoid spillage, remove 500ml of the timber coating from the can before adding UltraGrip.
   
5. While stirring, add the full container of UltraGrip slowly to avoid generating dust. Stir in UltraGrip thoroughly before, and during use, with a flat blade stirrer.
   
6. Add removed timber coating back to the can as space becomes available.
   
7. Stir thoroughly.
   IMPORTANT: Stir regularly with a flat blade stirrer during application to prevent settling.
   
8. Apply timber coating as specified on the UltraDeck, NaturalStain, NaturalStain Rejuvenator, DWD or UltraFloor Satin label instructions.
