Slip Resistance Requirements
Under the Building Code of Australia (BCA), a minimum R10 slip resistance rating is generally required for stair surfaces expected to remain dry. For surfaces that may become wet, an R11 rating or higher may be required.
When used with selected Polycure coating systems, POLYCURE 3920 High Grip can help achieve slip resistance ratings ranging from R10 to R12, depending on the coating and application method.
