POLYCURE TITAN Fast Sealer is an economical, single-pack, fast-drying sealer designed as a first coat for raw timber and cork flooring. It is suitable for interior use only and provides a reliable foundation for subsequent coating systems on timber, parquetry, particleboard, and cork substrates.
Formulated for efficiency and ease of use, TITAN Fast Sealer offers fast drying performance, excellent sanding properties, and smooth flow and levelling, helping to speed up floor finishing projects while maintaining a consistent surface quality.

Coverage:

Surface Preparation:
- Fill all nail holes with a suitable water-based timber putty and allow to dry.
- Sand uncoated floors using 120–150 grit sandpaper or screenback pad until uniformly smooth and dull.
- Vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and debris.
- Ensure surface is clean and free from scratches prior to coating.
Mixing:
Stir thoroughly before use.
Application Tools:
- 6mm mohair roller
- High-quality brush for cutting in
Application Instructions:
- Apply a liberal first coat of TITAN Fast Sealer using a 6mm mohair roller and brush.
- Allow to dry for approximately 45 minutes.
- Sand thoroughly using 150–180 grit screenback to remove nibs and raised grain. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply a coat of TITAN Gloss and allow to dry according to system specifications.
- Sand again if required, ensuring a clean, smooth surface.
- Apply the final coat of TITAN Gloss following the recommended data sheet guidelines for optimal finish.
