Description
Designed for professional applicators, Enviropro Wet Edge Extender is an additive used to increase the working time of Enviropro water based sealers and topcoats in hot conditions, or when applying large areas. Wet Edge Extender helps to overcome problems that could be caused by the coating drying too fast, including poor levelling and the presence of lap marking.

- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, wax, oil, and other contaminants.
- Sand timber surfaces as required and remove all sanding dust before application.
- Ensure all previous coatings are sound and properly prepared before recoating.
- Confirm the surface is suitable for use with Enviropro water based sealers and topcoats.
- Do not apply in excessively hot, windy, or direct sunlight conditions where rapid drying may occur.
- Always test product compatibility and finish on a small inconspicuous area prior to full application.
Methods: Shake or stir to incorporate
- Add up to 5% Wet Edge Extender by volume into the selected Enviropro water based sealer or topcoat. For example, if using 1 litre of Enviropro Endure, 50mL of Wet Edge Extender as a maximum can be added.
- Shake or stir for 2 minutes to incorporate Wet Edge Extender into the selected product.
