POLYCURE TITAN MC Gloss is an economical, single-pack, gloss moisture-curing polyurethane floor finish designed for interior timber, parquetry, particleboard, and cork flooring. It delivers a tough, durable protective coating with a high-gloss finish, making it suitable for a wide range of domestic and light commercial flooring applications.

Formulated for strength and ease of application, TITAN MC Gloss provides excellent flow and levelling, producing a smooth, even surface while enhancing the natural colour and grain of timber.

Surface Preparation:

1. Fill all nail holes with a suitable water-based timber putty and allow to dry.
2. Sand uncoated floors using 120–150 grit sandpaper or screenback pad until uniformly dull and smooth.
3. Vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and debris.
4. Ensure surface is clean and free from scratches prior to coating.

Mixing:
Stir thoroughly before use.

Application Tools:

• 6mm mohair roller
• High-quality brush for cutting in

Application Instructions:

1. Apply a liberal first coat of TITAN MC Gloss or TITAN Fast Sealer using a 6mm mohair roller and brush.
2. If Fast Sealer is used, allow approximately 45 minutes drying time before sanding. For other coatings, allow 8–24 hours.
3. Sand thoroughly using 150–180 grit screenback to remove nibs and raised grain. Vacuum all dust.
4. Apply a second coat of TITAN MC Gloss and allow to dry for 8–24 hours.
5. Sand again using 150–180 grit screenback, clean thoroughly, and remove all dust.
6. Apply the final coat of TITAN MC Gloss for a durable, high-gloss finish.
