POLYCURE NATUROIL 3120 Tung Oil Sealer 10L

POLYCURE NATUROIL 3120 Tung Oil Sealer is a premium single-pack, clear oil-based floor coating designed for interior use on timber, parquetry, particleboard, cork flooring, and sports flooring systems. It enhances and protects the natural appearance of timber while delivering a durable, low-sheen finish with excellent flow and levelling.

Its oil-based formulation helps reduce the risk of edge bonding on tongue-and-groove floors, making it suitable for applications where timber movement or stability may be a concern. NATUROIL 3120 provides a natural, non-plastic appearance with strong durability and long-lasting performance.

Surface Preparation:

1. Fill nail holes with a suitable water-based timber putty and allow to dry.
2. Sand uncoated floors using 120–150 grit sandpaper or screenback pad until uniformly dull and smooth.
3. Vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and debris.
4. Ensure surface is clean and free from scratches or contamination before coating.

Mixing:
Stir thoroughly before use.

Application Tools:

• 6mm mohair roller
• High-quality brush for cutting in

Application Instructions:

1. Apply a liberal first coat of NATUROIL 3120 or FASTASEAL 3030 using a 6mm mohair roller and brush.
2. If FASTASEAL is used, allow approximately 45 minutes drying time before sanding. For other coatings, allow a minimum of 16 hours.
3. Sand thoroughly using 150–180 grit screenback to remove nibs and raised grain. Vacuum all dust.
4. Apply a second coat of NATUROIL 3120 and allow to dry for at least 16 hours.
5. Sand again using 150–180 grit screenback, clean thoroughly, and remove all dust.
6. Apply the final coat of NATUROIL 3120 Tung Oil Sealer for a durable, low-sheen finish.
