POLYCURE NATUROIL 3115 Low Sheen Oil Modified 10L

POLYCURE NATUROIL 3115 Low Sheen is a premium single-pack, clear oil-modified floor coating designed to enhance and protect the natural appearance of interior timber and parquetry flooring. Its oil-based formulation provides a warm, natural look with a subtle low-sheen finish, while helping to reduce the risk of edge bonding on tongue-and-groove floors where timber movement may occur.

Ideal for domestic and light commercial interior applications, NATUROIL 3115 is easy to apply and delivers excellent flow and levelling for a smooth, natural-looking finish that avoids a “plastic” appearance.

Surface Preparation:

1. Fill nail holes with a suitable water-based timber putty and allow to dry.
2. Sand uncoated floors using 120–150 grit sandpaper or screenback pad until uniformly dull and smooth.
3. Vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and debris.
4. Ensure surface remains clean and free from damage prior to coating.

Mixing:
Stir thoroughly before use.

Application Tools:

• 6mm mohair roller
• High-quality brush for cutting in

Application Instructions:

1. Apply a liberal first coat of NATUROIL 3100 or FASTASEAL 3030/3540 using a 6mm mohair roller and brush.
2. If FASTASEAL is used, allow approximately 45 minutes drying time before sanding. For other coatings, allow a minimum of 16 hours.
3. Sand thoroughly using 150–180 grit screenback to remove nibs and raised grain. Vacuum all dust.
4. Apply a second coat of NATUROIL 3100 and allow to dry for at least 16 hours.
5. Sand again using 150–180 grit screenback, clean thoroughly, and remove all dust.
6. Apply the final coat of NATUROIL 3115 Low Sheen for a durable, natural-looking finish.
