WAKOL 3040 WB Primer Concentrate is a high-performance, dispersion-based primer designed to prepare a wide range of absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors before the application of levelling compounds. Its concentrated formula helps improve adhesion, regulate substrate absorbency, and create a stable foundation for flooring installations in interior applications.

Technical Specifications
Mixing Ratios
- Absorbent substrates (cement, concrete, calcium sulphate screeds, gypsum fibre boards): 1 part primer : 2 parts water
- Dense or non-absorbent substrates (cast asphalt, tiles, terrazzo, timber, magnesite screeds, adhesive residues): 1 part primer : 1 part water
Drying Time
- Cement screeds and concrete: Allow to dry until visibly dry.
- Cast asphalt, tiles, terrazzo and water-resistant adhesive residues: Approximately 60 minutes.
- Calcium sulphate screeds, magnesite screeds, timber and gypsum fibre boards: 2–4 hours.
